Precision Metal Products’ capabilities include:
- In-house paint capabilities
- CAD/CAM capabilities utilizing MasterCam, SolidWorks, AutoCad, TurboCad
- Welding: Mig/Tig and spot welding of aluminum, copper and steel
- Machining capabilities up to 48” in length; materials range from steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper
- CNC turret punching centers: size capabilities are 72”x60”
- Laser cutting to reduce tooling requirements and ultimately reduce lead times; max sheet size is 5/8”x4’x8’ for steel and 5/16”x4’x8’ for aluminum and stainless steel
- Forming: multiple press brakes with sizes ranging from 40 ton to 250 tone with a 12 foot bed
- Shearing and saw cutting: 1/4”x 10’shearing capacity; high speed cut-off saws for ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- Hardware insertion and riveting with Haeger Hardware insertion machines
- Deburring and sand/bead blasting
